Short Thought

I think we are all feeling pensive, especially since the recent school shooting. Being an elementary teacher this struck me hard. My students, second graders, were talking about it. I was stunned. And my regular holiday life seems trivial compared to the families who will have Christmas without their babies. I am glad we get to praise teachers instead of tear them down. A lot if hard work goes into every day. Life is a blessing. I will be praying for protection every day.
